What we collect from you
Direct information we capture through our Contact Form on our website is your first name, last name, company name, email address and any general enquiry details you wish to enter.
Your consent is given for us to store this personal information which will only be used for direct return communication purposes.
If the check box is ticked for signing up to our email newsletter then we may also use your details to send you useful hints and tips as well as details about relevant services we provide and general updates about our company.
In this case your collected data (name, company and email address) will be imported into our CRM system, and also into a third-party email marketing system which is run and managed by an international organisation in a third country which is outside of the European Economic Area.
Project documentation
For clients who have projects with us, we shall need to ask for and retain certain data in order to communicate with you about the project. This data is stored both in our in-house CRM and external invoicing systems (the latter of which is outside of the EEA).
WHOIS records
We register domain names on behalf of clients, therefore we shall need to request specific information about the legal owner/entity for entry into the registries.

Our own website has an active SSL certificate, so all information entered into the contact form is encrypted whilst being sent to us over HTTPS.
We also have an active SSL certificate which covers all of our clients' development sites and content management systems.
All other data is encrypted where possible.
We have specific hosting solutions in place and the third parties we use are abiding to the GDPR.

We treat all data, especially personal data with the greatest of respect and privacy. Data retention period and disposal
Personal data is only retained for the time deemed necessary, ie. for the duration of the business contract, after which it is retained for a period of 1 year and then permanently deleted.

We regularly review and, where necessary, update our privacy information.
